*How Long does processing your order and delivery take?

All orders will be shipped the following business day, excluding public holidays and the weekend. Shipping with Australia post standard postage 1 to 7 business days. 

A tracking number is added to your on line order for you to track you parcel you will receive a notification on either the mobile number or email left at the time of placing your order.

*Is resin safe to serve food on?

We only use resin that is certified "food grade", so all of our ocean boards are safe to place COLD food on. Not all epoxy resin is considered food safe so always ask your maker if theirs is. 

*How should I Care for my board? 

They're really durable but, as with most things, a little love goes a long way. 

Wash with mild detergent and warm water and dry immediately. Do not leave your board submerged in water for extended periods of time. Use a soft microfiber cloth to wipe your over the resin. Do not air dry.

Avoid extreme temperatures including refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.

Avoid use with extremely hot foods.

Sanitize your board after contact with raw meat. 

Each piece is given a food grade oil finish. To keep your board looking fabulous oil fairly often every 10 or so uses, particularly after Sanitising, using a clean, dry cloth to maintain your board. 

I recommend using either Bondall Timber Bench Top Oil or Feast Watson, you can purchase either of these products from Bunnings. 

* Dose the resin break off the board

No, the resin is a super strong and will not come away from the board.

 *Refund policy 

You may Return the item with in 30 days if Faulty | damaged for a refund or store credit. 

No refund will be given for change of mind.
